The photoshop template is really the only part of the page we took any time on.  It is really a great portfolio piece for us so I've decided to rewrite the code.  Write now &lt;a href="http://www.cityofhazard.com/new"&gt;www.cityofhazard.com/new&lt;/a&gt; is written in PHP using the codeigniter framework.  To prove our skillset I think I will leave it this way. My first project will be the best possible web-based real estate solution I can write.  I am co-owner of WaveFade Media LLC, we currently host and manage 2 real estate websites.  Both of which run a pretty crappy system we've called ORMS.  The software is poorly coded in PHP and MySql, and in dire need of a rewrite.
