My company has also developed the website for the city I live in. www.cityofhazard.com is a poorly written website we slapped together really fast. The photoshop template is really the only part of the page we took any time on. It is really a great portfolio piece for us so I've decided to rewrite the code. Write now www.cityofhazard.com/new is written in PHP using the codeigniter framework. To prove our skillset I think I will leave it this way. I have plenty of other big projects I want to develop with rails. soo.... check it out.
